Customer Care, Special Orders and Returns
We want your experiences with us to be positive and we want you to love your items like we do! We know that you trusting us and us trusting you is key and we like everyone to be happy, so you can tell your friends about us!
Inventory
Posh Tosh receives, ships out and sells merchandise each day and as hard as we try, sometimes we goof in our online inventory. If you purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock or backordered, you will be notified via e-mail its estimated delivery and will have the option to keep the order in place. If the item is no longer available we will extend to you our apologies, a full refund and a voucher to try us again! Please know we are always trying our best.
Return Policy at Posh Tosh
It is our goal to provide you with extraordinary products and great customer service. We know sometimes things aren't quite right, so rest assured we will do our best to make it so! Most unused items may be returned in perfect condition (unwashed, unworn,tags intact and attached, from a smoke free environment) within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to assist in exchanging items and/or providing you a refund for your purchase (minus any special promotions, gift wrapping and shipping) with the following options:
- Store credit in the full amount of purchased merchandise
- Credit to original form of payment including a 20% restocking fee
Exchanges will be shipped out and credits applied upon the return of the original merchandise.
A few things we just can't take back:- Sale items reduced more than 25% from their original price
- Special order or dropship items including bedding
- Personalized products
- Hygiene/beauty, nursing products, bottles, pacifiers (this is "a health thing!")
- Holiday themed items
- Accessories, diaper bags
- Baby slings may be exchanged only for alternate sizes
Pre-orders/ Special Orders:
We love our customers and really do aim to please- if there's something you need, we always do our best to find it and/or get it for you! Occasionally items that are in high demand are available for ordering and will be indicated on our website. This is one of two scenarios:1. PRE-ORDER-Apparel that is cut to order and in limited quantities as many of our lines are. Popular styles can be ordered prior to their delivery by placing 25% of the total retail price to ENSURE your size and style availability2. SPECIAL ORDER- Reorderable items that are temporarily out of stock can be special ordered or reserved from an order already set for delivery. These items must be paid for in full. Special orders are subject to a $10 special order and shipping fee.
Please understand that these are reserved especially for you and no refunds will be allowed for these items except in the unlikely event that a designer does not produce the purchased piece
